F1 - Inventory Price Sheet

Prints a list of parts.  The list is organized by product line.  Prices A to H are listed for each part.  The contents of the report can be limited to one product line and to one or more price levels.

F2 - Product Line Code List

Prints a list of product line codes.  Mark ups A to H are listed for each product line.

F3 - Monthly Detailed Sales Report

Prints a sales summary for a user specified month.  Report can be limited by product line code.  Report is organized by product line and part number.  For each part current inventory status and sales stats are shown.

F4 - Inventory Audit Worksheet

Prints a worksheet that can be used to audit inventory.  Report is organized by product line and part number.  Each part number includes inventory status.  The report can be limited to one product line.

F5 - Inventory Receipts Journal

Prints a list of inventory receipts for a user specified period of time.  Report is organized by date, product line and part number.  Each item on the report includes information about quantity received, cost and PO details.

F6 - Backorder Ledger Listing

Prints a report showing all open backorders.  Report includes details for each backorder.

F7 - Reordering Worksheet

Prints a listing of parts that have a minimum or maximum inventory quantity specified.  Report is organized by product line.  Report can be limited to a user specified product line.  Current inventory status is shown for each part on the report.

F8 - Inventory Master Sheet

Report list parts by product line.  For each part price levels A to H are shown.  True cost and current available quantity are also shown.  Report can be limited to one product line.

F9 - 12 Month Sales History

Report lists parts by product line.  Sales for twelve months are shown for a user specified period of time.  Current inventory status for each part is also shown.

F10 - Lost Sale Report

Report lists items from the lost sale log.  For each item the date of the lost sale is shown.  Lost sales for a user period of time are shown.

F11 - Annual Detailed Sales Report

Report list a summary of sales statistics for a user specified year.  Stats are summarized by part number.  Parts are organized by product line.  For each part the current inventory status is shown along with cost of goods sold, revenue, profit and margin.

A - Purchasing Advice Report

Prints a report of parts that have a minimum or maximum inventory quantity specified.  Current inventory status is shown.  Report can be limited to one product line.

B - Inventory Aging Detail Report

Prints a report listing each item in inventory.  For each item current inventory status is shown along with the last inventory receipt information.

C - Gross Sales by Product Line

Prints a report summarizing sales by product line.  Report prints sales for a user specified period of time.  Cost of goods sold, revenue, profit and margin are listed for each product line.

D - On-Hold Report

Prints a report of parts that are either committed to a sales order or being held to fill a backorder.

E - Product Line Change Report

Prints a report of product lines that have been edited or created during a user specified period of time.  Each transaction lists a brief summary of the transaction type.

F - Item Change Report

Prints a report of parts that have been edited during a user specified period of time.  Each transaction lists a brief summary of the transaction type.

G - Inventory Cost Listing

Prints a report of parts with cost.  Inventory status and last purchase cost are displayed for each part.

H - Inventory Backorder Report

Prints a list of parts that have quantities held for backorders.  Parts are organized by product line.

I - Daily Sales Report (From Invoices)

Prints a summarized list of parts that have sold during a user specified period of time.  Report can be limited to one product line.  For each part the cost of goods sold, revenue, profit and margin are shown.  Current inventory status is also displayed.

J - Inventory Adjustment Journal

Prints a report of inventory adjustment transactions for a user specified period of time.  For each transaction the units changed and reason for change are shown.

K - New Inventory Item Report

Prints a report of items created during a user specified period of time.  Items are organized by product line code.  Items can be limited to one product line.  Price levels A to H are shown for each part.

L - Price Change History Report

Prints a report of parts that have had price changes during a user specified period of time.  Each price change transaction lists the prices before and after the change.

M - Cost Change History Report

Prints a report of parts that have had cost changes during a user specified period of time.  Each cost change transaction lists the costs before and after the change.

N - 12 Month Component Usage

Prints a report that shows how components to build BOM’s have been consumed over a twelve month period.

O - Component Usage Summary

Prints a report summarizing the usage of components to build BOM’s for a user specified period of time.

P - Component Usage Detail

 Prints a detailed report showing the usage of components to build BOM’s for a user specified period of time.

Q - Component Usage Detail by BOM

Prints a detailed report showing the usage of components to build BOM’s for a user specified period of time.  The report is grouped by BOM then by component.

R - 12 Month Sales and Component Usage

Prints a report that shows how components to build BOM’s have been consumed over a twelve month period.  This is combined with the sales for the same period.

S - 30 Day Projected Need

Prints a report that suggests what should be Re-Ordered to cover the next 30 days.  This suggestion is based upon current inventory status and the same 30 day period from the previous year.

T - Negative On-Hand

Prints a report of any items that have a negative quantity on-hand.

U - Dead Inventory

Prints a report that identifies inventory that is old and has not moved for a long period of time. The report lists inventory items that were purchased prior to a user specified date and have not sold since a specified date.
