B - Backorder Maintenance 

View a sortable list of Backorders

U - Adjust Avg Cost to True Cost 

Changes the Average Cost to MATCH the True Cost for all Items under Tracked Stock

Z - Zero Quantity on Hand 

Resets all Quantities to Zero for either all parts or for a specific PLC

2 - Normal/Overstock Shelf Locations 

Allows you to edit the Shelf Location for all parts under a specified PLC

4 - Selling Prices and Description 

Allows you to edit the price and description of all parts under a given PLC

5 - On Shelf Min/Max Levels 

Allows you to edit the Minimum and Maximum Number of Parts that should be kept in stock

6 - Product Line Mark Ups 

Allows you to edit the Mark Up percentages for all PLC’s

8 - Shelf Stock Quantities, Cost and Description 

Allows you to edit the on-hand quantity, the cost or the description of all parts under a given PLC

9 - Part Unit Shipping Weights 

Allows you to edit the shipping weight of all parts under a given PLC

A - All Costs Control Maintenance 

Allows you to edit the True, Base, and Average Cost of all parts under a given PLC

C - Modify Tracked Stock Flag for All Parts 

Allows you to turn Stock Tracking on or off.

S - Synchronize Manufacturer Part Numbers 

Overwrites the Manufacturer’s Part Number to match your Part Numbers.

T - Mass Update BoM/Kit Costs/Prices 

Used to perform a mass update of cost and or pricing of BOMs and or Kits. When this update is performed it will “drill” down into nested BOM’s to determine the proper cost and pricing for each “top level” BOM and Kit.
